98th Annual Exhibition of Allied Artists of America, showing at The
National Arts Club in New York in November 2011.

Billings's painting "Winter Solstice," below, was juried into the 83rd Grand
National
Exhibition of The American Artists Professional League, showing at the Salmagundi
Club in New York City in November 2011.
Her painting "Day's End," below, was selected for the annual New England
Representational Painting Competition of The Guild of Boston Artists,
exhibiting in October 2011.
Two of Billings's paintings were chosen as finalists in the landscape category
of Art Renewal Center's International 2010-2011 ARC Salon.

Billings's painting "Midwinter Stream," above, was selected for the 12th Annual
National Juried Exhibition of the American Impressionist Society, showing
at Mountainsong Galleries in Carmel-by-the-Sea California, from
October 15 through November 15, 2011.

Billingss paintings were on exhibit for the month of April 2011
at the Massachusetts State House in Boston.

The exhibit Small Works, Warm Hearts,
at Galerie d'Orsay, 33 Newbury Street, Boston, MA,
featured "intimately-scaled works by three honored and acclaimed contemporary artists:
Penny Billings (above, left wall), Anne McGrory and Carle Shi,"
during February & March 2011.

In May 2010, Billings's painting "Edge of the Woods" (above, far left)
received the Bernard Corey Memorial Award for Oil Landscape
at the Academic Artists Association's
60th Annual National Exhibition of Contemporary Realism in Art.

In July 2010, her paintings "The Grove" (left) and "Day's End" (right)
were both selected as finalists in
The Artist's Magazine's 27th Annual Art Competition
and will receive mention in the magazine's December 2010 issue.

114th Annual Open Exhibition of the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club,
showing at the National Arts Club
in New York City during October 2010.
